Experience
In 1998, I founded the New Identity AG (NIDAG). It developed into the largest multimedia service provider in the Rhine-Main region. In 2011, NIDAG merged with the United Digital Group (UDG), financed by an international private equity investor.
In 2016, Emeram Capital Partners, a Munich-based private equity fund, and I initiated the formation of diva-e. The company is now a merger of twelve established agencies into one of the biggest digital agencies in Germany.
In 2018, I was awarded the internationally renowned M&A award in New York for the realization of the buy-and-build platform, which was used to form diva-e.
Today, I am CEO of the now 900-employee digital company diva-e in Munich, which I initiated in 2016.
Through my investment company LOML Investment, I am also involved in numerous digital media & marketing start-ups as a co-investor or business angel.
Outside of the box
In 2005, I founded the food blog www.sternefresser.de together with Christian Stromann. Today, it is the leading platform for restaurant reviews of top restaurants in German-speaking countries, with more than 60,000 Facebook fans.
In 2014, I founded Start-up-Netzwerk Mainz together with the Rhineland-Palatinate state government. I am part of the board of directors and actively involved in the start-up scene in the Rhine-Main region
